Orders are received by 2 pm central standard time will ship usually ship the same day order is placed, orders received after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Prior approval is required for returns. Returns only allowed on damaged or defective products only, must be sealed containers. On account credit will be given. Cancellations must be done before products are shipped, any orders returned by UPS will obtain a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Tracking numbers will be emailed when the order is shipped, you can track your package to get information on when your package will be delivered 24 hours after you receive your tracking #.
